GENEROSITY: As Quality Of A Good Leader

Throughout the history, leaders who are more generous tends to have a peaceful reign. 

Generosity - The quality of being kind and understanding and not selfish OR willingness to give money and other valuable things to others.

Kindness, Arms giving and others are what both Qur'an and Bible has come to teach us from our Mighty God. But today, it is not surprising that in Nigeria and most part of the Africa are just religious, but we're not Goldy. We have millions of Mosques and Churches in this part of the world but our evil deeds is on the rising level every minute of our lives. 

It has become our slogan and national anthem in this part of the world to say "bad leadership has rendered Nigeria as a country underdeveloped" and we have failed to remind ourselves that, we're the same set of people from our different communities that has produced those leaders whom we have trained and nourished with nepotism, greediness, selfish interest, lies, diabolic and sycophantic behaviors, satanic believes and other sorts of evil acts. We need to change our minds! 

It will be very bad of us as a growing leaders of tomorrow to preach peace, unity, harmony and prosperity for our communities, local governments, states, and as well as our nation (Nigeria) without firstly change our mind sets and orientation about Nigeria as a country. 

It's very imperative to change our ugly mindsets and believes about Nigeria by refurnish it with the minds of hope for better and prosperous Nigeria. 

Furthermore, we should endeavor to take it as our responsibility to start from our various communities that makes up our great nation (Nigeria), the will and the seal for Peaceful coexistence, Generosity, Honesty, Truthfulness, Kindness, Love, Godliness and as well as keeping our hope and faith alive for better Nigeria. 

The first type of Education in life started at home, the parents should endeavor to nurture their children with quality moral standards, religious uprightness, love and peace. 

For better Nigeria which will be free from panic, agony, poverty, disease, ignorance, and resentfulness, there's need for us to change our way of thinking (mindsets), attitudes, beliefs and orientation about Nigeria. 

I repeat as earlier said in my last article that, Youths are the game changer, we should endeavors to change our mindsets and orientation for better Nigeria. We need to preach for love, peace and harmony in everyday of our lives. And that's the only time we can be sure of better future full of love, peace, and harmony for all Nigerians. 

As Youths who wants new phase for our society, we need to change our mindsets and orientation by eschew all forms of callous beliefs and behaviors already embedded in us which is causing hatred, disharmony, disunity, loss of life and properties in our daily lives. 

Finally, if all those aforementioned terms can be met, then we can be boast of good leadership, unity, peace, and progress in this country. 

Change begins with me and you!
