Mall. Abdulsalam Issa Toyin of Okemi Ward, Moro Local Government Area, who was known for his exemplary leadership qualities to motivate people even when it looks like the heaven will fall, he will calm the situation with optimism and great sense of belonging.

Struggling with you in our fatherland for new Moro, the future that we hope would really work for all citizens of Moro irrespective of background, political affiliation, beliefs, or gender is seriously enchanted me for good. 

It has been a wonderful journey so far, together with you and putting heads together in the pursuit of peace, tolerance, unity among youths of various backgrounds and interest in Moro.

You are a progressive young leader I respected too much, because in your own way which is glaring to all, the idea of equal benefits for all irrespective of individuals potential which has made it possible for you to roll and mingle with people freely, and as well as adding more values to your ideology of transparency, diligences and due process. 

With diverse interest and differences affecting our political structure in the state, your resilience efforts to a progressive "NEW MORO" is overwhelming which honestly makes you more likable among your peers.

Over the years, your contributions to the youth inclusiveness in governance cannot be underscored. I have come to understand you better as a fellow comrade in the field of struggle committed to one Moro, and a unique system that will really address today challenges and guaranteed a better future for all citizens of Moro Local Government Area of Kwara State, Nigeria in the camp of  a leader, the true friend of the masses (Hon. Engr. Suleiman Rotimi Iliasu, the Commissioner designate, Kwara State).

On this August occasion of yours, I wish you more lives. I also pray that, you live long in good health and unlimited blessings full of prosperity, happiness, harmony, and joy to reap the fruits of your labor.
