There are several environmental and aesthetic values of green plants to animals' survival:

• Oxygen production: Green plants are the primary producers of oxygen through the process of photosynthesis. This oxygen is crucial for animals' survival as they require it for respiration.

• Food source: Green plants serve as the primary source of food for many animals. Herbivores, such as deer, rabbits, and cows, rely on plants for their sustenance. Additionally, many insects and birds feed on the nectar and fruits produced by plants.

• Shelter and habitat: Green plants provide shelter and habitat for various animal species. Trees, for example, offer nesting sites and protection from predators for birds and squirrels. Other plants, like grasses and shrubs, provide hiding places and breeding grounds for insects, amphibians, and small mammals.

• Ecosystem balance: Green plants play a vital role in maintaining the balance of ecosystems. They help regulate the water cycle by absorbing rainwater and reducing soil erosion. Plants also filter pollutants and purify the air, creating a healthier environment for animals.

• Aesthetic appeal: The presence of green plants adds beauty and aesthetic value to the environment.
